A+ Lawn Care

Core Aeration & Seeding

Core Aeration is one of the most important practices available for your lawn. Aeration helps control thatch, improves the soil structure, helps relieve compaction, helps create pockets for new roots, and opens the way for water and fertilizer to reach the “Root Zone” of your lawn.

Annual Aeration is highly advised for all lawns, especially those with a thatch buildup. Regular Aeration can help avoid costly lawn renovations.

Even in well maintained lawns, general lawn seeding is needed. Lawns can thin because of weather or as a result of damage caused by insects or grass diseases.

Core Aeration provides a good “Seed Bed” to over seed your lawn and thicken it in. Seeding a lawn in late summer or fall is ideal. Early fall is preferred because seed can germinate faster in the warm soil.
